The Guardians is a blending together of all the Saturday morning cartoons of the late 80's and early 90's I grew  up on. Cartoons chuck full of action, adventure and at the end of it you get a wise p.s.a telling you to stay away from drugs or what to do when confronted by a bully. Shows like Gargoyle, He- Man, Brave Star,Tiger Sharks, Silver Hawks, Galaxy Rangers and Thunder Cats etc. the list goes on and on. My hope is to restore those cartoons and give it a newer twist with a mysterious hell and heaven term, kind of like what  Todd Mc Farlane did with his indie comic book Spawn.
